ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY + PORTFOLIO OF WRITING

It’s now passed the one year mark since I began writing and I could have never imagined it would snowball from wanting to share my experiences with horror on this little blog, to now being a staff member at HorrorObsessive.com and writing for several websites. I want to thank everyone for your support and kindness, especially to my partner of 11 years, my best friend Shanelle, Andrew, Rebecca and Emma from Hobs, Britt for designing the banner and logo for this site, and Matt Cox, who not only edited my novella INSIDE OUT but is also a wonderful friend.

2020 was a rough year for all of us and writing, interacting with other horror creators, and watching many, many films has kept me going. Even more so through 2021 when my partner and I got COVID pretty bad. Recovery is an ongoing process and I still struggle with things, but I’m glad to still be here, glad to be a part of the horror community I love so much.

Enough mushy stuff though! I wanted to use this space as a sort of portfolio and reference with links to articles I’ve written for other websites. I might update this once and a while, I haven’t quite decided yet.
